1 oz Pisco quebranta
2 oz. Fruit infused Pisco (peach, capuli, and apple)
1/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. Simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Finish filling with Ginger Ale
Ice to taste

Decoration

Decorate with a lemon slice
