Sopa de Zapallo / Squash Soup

Ingredients
  1 kilo Zapallo (squash) peeled and cubed
2 cups Chicken stock
2 cloves garlic shredded and sautéed in olive oil
1 TBS Orégano
1 TBS salt
2 cups Milk

Preparation
Add all ingredients, except milk in a large pot. Simmer until Zapallo is soft and can be mashed with a spoon. Add milk and slowly reheat.
