Ceviche de Palmito / Palmito Ceviche

Ingredients
2 15 oz jars palm Hearts
chopped small
1 tomato finely chopped
2 scallions minced
1 garlic minced
Balsamic vinegar 1/3
German mustard 1 ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt and pepper ½
tsp salt pepper to taste
Orégano or thyme 1tsp
1 Ají pepper minced
Lime juice o 1 lime
Oil olive ¼

Preparation
Combine all into a bowl and gently mix well. Serve cold.
