Fondue con Fruta de la Selva / Chocolate Fondue with Tropical Fruit

Ingredients
¾ kilo Dark Chocolate chunks
1 cup sugar
Juice from two large oranges
1.5 tsp. vanilla extract.
Cut into bite-sized chunks: Mango
Pineapple Bananas (de Isla) Guanabana
Star fruit

Preparation
Place the first four ingredients into a double boiler to melt. Pour into a fondue pan and serve.
