Anticuchos de Jamon y Piña Picante / Spicy Pineapple and Ham Kebabs

Ingredients
  2 cups ham cubes
2 cups red pepper squares
2 cups pineapple cubes. Sauce: ½ cup rocoto minced and blanched
1 cup of honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp salt

Preparation
On skewers, place alternating ham, pineapple, red pepper. Mix sauce ingredients together and paint each skewer, covering all. Place on grill or baking sheet and bake at 350 until peppers are a little soft, turning once.
