Tuna Sour - From the heights of the Andes

 




Ingredients


2 ½ oz. Pisco Torontel
1 dash Apple Liquor
2 ½ oz. Prickly Pear juice sweetend with 1 tsp of honey

Preparation

Blend all the ingresients and strain. Place back in blender with ice and blend

Decoration

1 round slice of Prickly Pear /Cactus Fruit (Tuna)

Glass

12 oz. Martini glass
