Ceviche de Conchas / Scallop Ceviche

Ingredients
200g Scallops washed and chopped very small
1 Tbsp. rocoto minced
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil
½ tsp. garlic minced
¼ Tbsp. onion minced
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Juice of 3 limes
½ tsp. sal
½ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. ground pepper

Preparation
Add all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. Stir before serving
