1 oz. Pisco Quebranta
3 oz. Aguaymanto Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Ice
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in blender for one minute and serve
Decoration
One fresh Aguaymanto
Glass
12 oz. Martini glass
