Salsa Fresca de Duraznos con Pescado a la Parrilla / Peach Salsa over Grilled Sea Bass

Ingredients
4 large peaches peeled pitted and chopped
2 Ají peppers minced
1 red chili fresh minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
Juice of 2 limes
½ cup minced opinions
¼ cup minced cilantro
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp salt then adjust
Pepper to taste
1 large 1 ½ lb. Sea Bass filet
Grilled

Preparation
Combine salsa ingredients in bowl and toss well. Allow to marinate while you cook the sea bass.
