Ensalada Picante de Garbanzo y Palta / Spicy Avocado Garbanzo Salad

Ingredients
4 ripe avocados peeled and cubed
3 cups cooked garbanzos
2 large tomatoes chopped small
1 Tbsp. Ají amarillo minced
Dressing:
Juice of 4 limes
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp. Ají Panca
salt
pepper

Preparation
Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, add the dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad and blend well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
