Peru excels in cuisine, Spanish cook says

The Spanish cook Borja Blásquez, who is very popular in Latin America due to his programs on El Gourmet cable TV channel, said today in Arequipa that “Peruvian  cuisine is the best in Latin America."

“Peruvian dishes are incomparable. Peruvian cuisine's fusions, and very especially its historic roots, are valuable things that can hardly be equaled by any other cuisine from this part of the continent,” said Blásquez, who is also the Gastronomic Institute of Argentina's Academic Director.

Blásquez is participating in the IV International Congress of Gastronomy, “Perú, trendy flavors,” organized by ESDIT Superior Institute.

Viracocha,
I have noticed the same 'delay' in posting comments on many occasions lately. Are the editors waiting for "approval" of comments? If so, from who? Either way,it does seem to be taking too long to get comments posted.

Mike & Viracocha,

I agree, I find it frustrating too. I think this has led to fewer posts and 3/4 of the fun is reading other readers' posts.

Hola todos amigos, Thanks for the update about the delays.Maybe some new APRA law makes LIP liable for any defamatory or anti-government comments on this site??
Anyway, make a comment from LIP's web administrator could clarify our concerns?? I have seen him/her make the some comment previously....now would be cool !! :-)
