Bolivia's President Evo Morales attacked again Alan García's government, and this time he said that "criminals" that used to flee to the US. now escape to Peru, according to La República.

Similarly, the Bolivian President held Alan García  responsible for turning Lima “into a refuge for criminals," as he said during a press conference at the Second Summit of South America-Africa (ANSA) in Venezuela.

Morales gave the declarations referring to the asylum and refugee status granted by Peru to three former Bolivian governmental ministers.

Meanwhile, Bolivia's Deputy Foreign Minister Hugo Fernandez and Bolivia's ambassador to Peru Franz Solano will deliver today the documentation to request  the refugees' extradition.
