Tulio Ríos, General Coordinator of the Lord of the Miracles Fraternity in Washington (USA) announced that all the Peruvians currently living in Washington will celebrate the "Purple Month" with a procession, a mass and a creole music party
On Saturday 10th, at 18:00 hours, the Peruvian colony will gather at a local restaurant to celebrate this religious activity with a Creole festival, in which artist, musicians, and dancers will participate.
On Sunday 11th, the Fraternity of the Lord of the Miracles from Virginia will organize a procession, according to RadioProgramas del Perú.
A Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 25th, with the attendance of Peruvian residents and representatives from the Peruvian Embassy and the Peruvian Consulate in Washington.
The procession will take place right after the Mass, and it is expected to gather thousands of believers from many other Latin American nationalities.
