Well shes had it unless she can afford one hell of a defence.
I hope when us citizens get arrested in Peru, they too get the same severe punishment.

Carlos - Is there not an agreement between the US and Peru that allows convicted persons to spend their time in jail in the country of their nationality?

Shes better off serving her time in a american jail unless shes wants to suffer more in Peru. On the flip side once incarcerated in Peru she might be able to buy her her way out..which USA knows thats why they prob wont alllow her to return to Peru..Add your comment
