to discuss on the soccer hooligans problematic, announced Minister Octavio Salazar.
Salazar said he feels sorry about young Paola Vargas' death last Saturday, who reportedly was a victim of a hooligans' attack.
He added that he is in favor of creating a register of soccer fans who attend the games.
"The National Police and me personally as a human being feel very indignant about this incident; I've talked with Paola's father and he is being informed about the actions being taken," the Minister said.
Salazar pointed out that the main cause of this kind of disorder is within the society and the families themselves.
