The second part of this article, as reported in the Peruvian Spanish language press, is that the government is going to try to do something against the "anti-mining NGOs". What form this will take now is yet to be seen. Numerous attempts have already been made to charge NGO leaders with terrorism, scare them with death threats, torture them, etc etc...Add your comment
