For 10 days the best kitchens of Peru will meet in the Mega Plaza commercial center to inaugurate the first Invita Peru food festival. It will bring together leading chefs, restaurants and brands dedicated to the rise of national cuisine. The festival will run from June 24 through July 3, El Comercio reports.
The fair will offer participants a variety of dining options such as regional dishes, traditional cuisine, seafood and "criollo" dishes.
The event will feature innovative food prepared by a group of chefs. It will also feature important restaurants, cooking schools, companies engaged in the bakery, confectionery and catering sector, who will offer their best through exhibitions. There will also be an area for drinks, spirits and cocktails.
