(LIP-jl) -- According to Peru's National Institute of Culture (Instituto Nacional de Cultura -INC) excavations made during a fiber optic telephone line laying project administrated by Mexico-based telecommunications giant Telmex has destroyed parts of an ancient necropolis belonging to the pre-Inca civilization, the Paracas.# Always Patriotic says :

Silly statement coming from a "cultural expert":
"The person who ordered the project must not have been Peruvian. How else could you explain ordering a project of this magnitude in such a historically rich area?" asked the Peruvian cultural expert.

I hope that the Peruvian government takes this seriously because if the reports are correct it's outrageous!

I'm pretty sure mexicans aren't even welcome in the USA.

Well, this seems to be another infrastructure problem in Peru - no government oversite available while construction progresses. Que terrible.
"Miguel Smith" - that is an unfair and outrageous thing to say. Everyone is welcome into the USA, but like every other country in the world, we just want the rules to be followed when entering.

Add your commentI would like to as the "expert" (?) if the labour hand were also mexicans workers...?
This is just another example of short cuts and bribes.
