Peru: Alan Garcia speaks on age for consensual sex

Despite the fact that President Alan Garcia has said that he doesn't agree with the age of consent reform, he has agreed to take a closer look at the proposal that Congress has approved before giving his final word.

"I am the father of four girls, I don't believe that at the age of 14 they are in a state where they can approve and weigh the consequences, rationally and responsibly, of an adult's proposal," explained the Chief of State.

President Garcia has stated that the proposed reform has not reached the Government Palace yet.

He has said that he will study his arguments before he presents his observations and that under no circumstances will he let minors be unprotected or abused.

"We shouldn't jump to conclusions, when the law arrives then I'll be able to give further information," he declared.

"No mother or father born in Peru will agree with this, it's possible that there are some older single men who like little girls and think this law will open the doors for them to do what they want, personally I don't agree." These were the President's statements when asked for his opinion by reporters.

The President also declared, "I will not let anything happen to the boys and girls of Peru that I wouldn't let happen to my daughters."

Congress ruled in favor (70-10) of an age of consent reform, written by a member of President Alan Garcia's center-left Aprista party, on Thursday June 21.

It is heart-warming to see how Alan Garcia has matured into a people loving person after having given us all of poor first impression. Acting as a mass killer in Lurigancho, Fronton and the rest of these so-called prisons. I have described his atrocities in my books and you can Go to WorldCat for a location in a North American library: Rivers of Blood, 2003, Jason W. Smith and High Finance, South American Style.) Or buy them via PayPal at http://www.idahosmith.com.
When I was in Lurigancho Garcia had over a thousand prisoners shot and wounded (we cared for them in the Clinica) and hundreds murdered.
Garcia however is carrying a lot of baggage because he has people who remember him for what he is. Not content with the crimes he has committed against his own people he now acts as a willing agent for the Bush Gang in their desperate attempt to gain a foothold nation somewhere on the South American continent.
Not that he is likely to get away with it because the patriotic section of Peruvian capital has a much need for independence from foreign imperialism (especially gringo imperialism) as do working people.  The Communist Party is celebrating the resistance against the Garcia Gang in the 1980's today. See how they celebrated the 21st of June:

Wait Jason, I'm confused... I thought you agreed with the ideology that murdering anybody that disagrees with your point of view was OK, as you have expressed with your support of the Sendero Luminoso and other Maoist splinter groups. Why change your tune your now?

As I mentioned in a previous post, my friend's brother's uncle's neighbor's friend was also in Lurigancho and witnessed the Garcia massacres as well... you can read all about it in my self-proclaimed literary masterpiece that no one will ever read. Please buy it because I'm a closet capitalist trying to get rich on the hopes and fears of delusional commies everywhere. Go to www.iamaselfpromotingaholewithanagenda.com.

Yes indeed, Capitalism is still such a bad form of government that Mr. Jason Smith still resides in the state of California in the good ole U.S.A. He resides in the states by using the almighty capitalist dollar in order to garnish support for all his commie comrades, including his dear beloved Shinning Path who buddy up with narcos and the FARC in the Amazon. I am still waiting for you to pack up your bags and move to North Korea's most famous communist resort, Camp 22. Kim Jong the Troll Doll is waiting for you Mr. SmithCool

For me, Alan García's comments on the new law reducing the age limit for consensual sex is one more example of demagoguery. His position like the one on the death penalty follows the crowd rather than sense. He knows that this law will not be popular with most peruvians and so  inmediately follows the masses instead of leading them.

Accept the facts! Teenagers do have sex, 53% before the age of 15 according to the latest studies. Should we send all of their adult partners to jail? If it is a CONSENSUAL relationship, I don't see what's the damage. Psychological? We would have 53% of the population with psychological problems by now. Let's take that stigma off of sex. Sex is good and shouldn't be seen otherwise.
