When you know theres a 200-300% mark-up on everything, you just can't bring yourself to spend the money.

Bad news, 300% - 400% markup is normal for a product bought at retail.

Lucky I don't have the money to buy much then.

Good come back!
A cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts cost about 10 cents for the beans, water, electric, and cup. The rent, ins. taxes and fees are the killer.

You can buy cheap coffee in markets thats the same as "gourmet" coffee back home, the price is a couple of hundred percent less and just as good.

I would suggest that you buy whole beans only unless you want ground coffee filled with fillers and insects.

That's what I do as well. If they don't have whole beans I don't buy anything at all. I have better things to spend money on then ground coffee adulterated with chicory and saw-dust.Add your comment
