(LIP-do) -- The next installment of the James Bond series, "Quantum of Solace", will shoot scenes for the film in Cusco, Peru next month.
Terra Peru reports that the 250 person production team will be filming action sequences during March 2 and March 12. Peruvian company Iguana Productions will be providing assistance during the shoot and will count with the help of film director Luis Llosa. Llosa was behind 1995's "Max is Missing", which was shot entirely in Cusco.
It hasn't been confirmed whether or not the movie's protagonist, English Actor Daniel Craig, or the film's other stars--Olga Kurylenko, Gemma Arterton and Mathieu Amalric--will participate in the sequences shot in Peru.
