Bryan Adams comes to Peru for concert & Juan Diego Florez' wedding

(LIP-ir) -- The rumor that Bryan Adams may come to Peru several days before his concert is a suspicion that has been circulating among the concert's production team for several weeks now.

All doubts were set aside today when it was confirmed that the English-Canadian rock singer would come to Lima several days before his concert to attend the wedding of Juan Diego Flórez, the Peruvian operatic tenor.

The Peruvian tenor and the rock singer/guitarist have been good friends for several years now, reports RPP Noticias.

According to the newspaper, Juan Diego Flórez recently took part in a photo session headed by Adams, whose second passion is photography.

Therefore, it has been confirmed that Adams, who is also known for his philanthropic work, will arrive to Peru several days early to visit Machu Picchu and attend his friends wedding, said RPP.

Reporters believe this was the driving reason behind Adams' decision to start his South American tour in Peru.

Juan Diego Flórez is to get married on April 5 at the Lima Cathedral. Adams concert is scheduled for April 6 at the Estadio Monumental in the district of Ate.

Aren't you the witty one?  My comment was made after reading the article and coming to the realization that it was an utter waste of my time.  I have no one to blame but myself.  I read the title and, although I suspected nothing captivating would ensue, I continued reading.  

You can also save your forthcoming comments that imply how responding to your initial commentary suggest I care about this story.  I am simply addressing your statement.  However if you feel that by doing so will showcase your wits, then by all means, proceed as you see fit.

sure who cares about a "has been singer" going to a wedding in Lima, it is as much a non news "who Cares item" as a big hole in the mud with a rock from space.  Out of sheer boredom, comenting on non news items sometimes breaks up the day.
