Hugo Chávez denies support to leftist groups in Peru

Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez has strongly denied allegations that he supports leftist groups in Peru, calling them a provocation.

The Houses of ALBA, organized by followers of Hugo Chávez in many Peruvian towns, have been accused by the Peruvian government of allegedly supporting social protests around the country.

Venezuelan president said the "Houses of ALBA" (which stands for the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas) operate only in Bolivia, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela, referring to allegations stating Venezuela is financing this project in Peru.

“We are not supporting the "Houses of ALBA" in any other country. If someone wants to organize meeting points and name them like that, then each country must investigate whether these places have ties with violent groups or interfere in the country's internal affairs. A government's allegation without proof is something serious and may be part of a provocation", he said in a press conference.

Chávez added that Venezuela and Cuba support the so-called “Misión Milagro” (Miracle Mission) aimed at helping poor people with eye problems. "Countries interested in this project request information and consult directly with Caracas and La Habana", he said.

Let me ask PERU What is wrong with Social protect.

Social protect is about keeping an eye on the situation with in the Mindsets of societies we live in today to make sure that the intentive ways\means & elements of Corruption\disatisfaction and unfairness are kept in balance with Human Common sense.

Life is not meant to be perfect( it has to have a balance)between RIGHT & WRONG\ TRUE & FALSE\Possible+impossible\To except or not to except Choice is yours

Social Protest is not about being a Terrorist or being criminal,people who believe that they are right always & ignor the trues\facts of reality are just as much Criminals\]terrorist as anyone else. So what make you right

Social protest: is about identifying & expressing your view s,concerns,of importance issues

Let me ask one; ( What makes South Americians Cultures so hateful towards one another

When are these people ever going to stop trying to be better then one another and try and find a way to forgive,understand, except & live together as one or try an do the best they can to improve common decency to support the new generations they create,give them something of cultural value who they are and to what they can appreciate with respect to all.

Social  protest is not a bad thing if it is handled like Ghandi, Martin Luther King to name a few. Unfortunately most social protests are used to further some personal agendas. Social protest usually erupt to riots and looting as soon as the gangster element see that the police are overwhelmed. In the U.S. , France and in Peru we can see these gangster elements destroy the shops, airports , railroads.These monies that it takes to rebuild these are less Sols for the social welfare programs. These protests were used by the mafia in Italy and the U.S. to extort better contracts. If Hugo Chavez wants to further the struggle for the poor in Peru he should give money to the Churches or buy food and have it distributed by a neutral non government agency like the Red Cross. This way he can say there are no strings attached and he has no agenda.

Comrades, Our beloved Comrade Leader, Hugo, has no interest in the undermining of his neighboring countries.  He had nothing to do with the US$3 million that found its way into the hands of the Colombian FARC revolutionaries so they could purchase uranium.  The computers that the Colombian army found at the camp site of the FARC were obviously doctored and if our beloved Comrade Hugo is shown to be guilty, it is an obviousl plot by the Interpol who are lackys for the pig capitalist Amerikans.  Comrade Hugo only wants peace for the region.

My Friend Che...vrolet , we would believe Pres..or Dictator Chavez if instead of buying 100,000 Ak's he would have spent these monies on surgical tools or medicines for the poor. We would believe if he would have spent millions on the orphans in South America or created a international bank to help the developing nations of South America instead of Soviet Bombers and Submarines. Hugo, Let me advise you if you think that these weapons will scare the Gringo's.. Again study history before it is too late for you and your people. Iraq had the worlds third largest army with the latest Soviet Aircraft, tanks and radar systems. In less than 100 hours this army was reduced to dust in the wind. The gringo's will use you for a training exercise. If you are smart you will dig some holes in the mountains to hide. Soviet submarines are known to sink faster than a lead bar. We would believe you if instead of wearing that red beret and that skin tight uniform , you would visit the Men's Warehouse and get a nice suit. We would believe if, Oh what the heck . There is evidence that shows Hugo and W are best of friends. Maybe they are lovers. The public show that they hate each other is just a ruse. They use each other to try to prop up thier dismal popularity in thier countries. Did you notice they have the same eyes, nose and ears maybe they are really brothers.

strange why i have so many peruvians living in my country and they keep saying their is no where in the world they would rather be,because their children are free to have a life,life is free and so are their choices.so i welcome more,as your culture has close afilliation  culturely with  mine

I agree: After years living abroad,i guess my family would have not survivided and would have been force into poverty,crime,dysfunctional life style if i hadn't made the choices i made to  put them first and i would not hestitate to do it again. As far glasses,sometime you have to change them to beable to see the bigger picture,wearing the same ones all the time make u go blind & u can't see pass ur nose s.
