For the third consecutive year, high school students from Peru won the gold medal in South America's Mathematical Olympiads, which were held from May 18 - 23 in Chile.# CapitanDan says :

Well, I'm so glad to hear that the future of our country looks a lot better than it did back in the 90's. I also want to express how proud I am to be Peruvian, creo que los peruanos somo los mas patriotas en Sudamerica! =D

They were cheap gold plated lead.
