
Entrepreneur Edgar Perez is teaming with renowned Peruvian Chefs Jorge Luis Ossio and James Berckemeyer to present an evening of Fine Dining in anticipation of the Grand Opening of New York's finest restaurant, Peruvian Bistro.
This exciting new restaurant will deliver the finest Peruvian Cuisine in a delightful New York atmosphere.
Sunday, June 1, 2008, has renowned chefs Ossio and Berckemeyer preparing Peru's finest delicacies to a discerning crowd. Ossio, Executive Chef of Le Bonbonniere in Lima, Peru, and Berckemeyer, a student of the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, have served as Chefs at the most notable restaurants in America and Europe.
Hosted at the famous Pera Brasserie, 303 Madison Avenue, a variety of exciting Peruvian dishes will be introduced reflecting a fascinating evolution of food and cultures.
The event commences at 630PM, with the 5-Course Peruvian Dinner served at 7PM. There will be occasions during the evening to discuss investment opportunities for those that may have an interest in participating in the success of Peruvian Bistro.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Suma Esperanza Foundation.
Menu items include what the Washington Post calls "The cuisine that legendary French Chef and Culinary writer Auguste Escoffer called one of the best in the world."
