I think that the Chess Federation is making wrong decisions. I strongly believe that the changes that they are making are very negative. This could negatively impact and hurt our chess masters. Instead of giving them incentives and help (which they need) to keep winning and representing our country , you are discoraging and making things harder for them. I don't think it's fair and the federation is being very disrespectful with our chess masters. What a shame!!![]()

A double standard is a double standard and it appears from this report that there is a clear case of one regarding the Peruvian qualification process of males/females for the Chess Olympics. I hope the individuals involved reconsider and correct their obvious mistake at once. A well publicized apology by these same people would be welcomed as well since this story has already gotten international attention.
