After exhaustively searching for a teenage boy that fell into an open manhole and disappeared almost two weeks ago, family members were notified that his body had been found by a fisherman.# CapitanDan says :

This is really sad. First the loss of this young man through a senseless act. Second the finding of his body only proves the far reaching effects of the dumping of raw sewage into the seas. It's time the people of Peru rise up and demand action in both cases. My reward of 1000 Soles still stands as stated. Chau Friends

Sudapal has know about this problem for years. They neglect to fix the problem, and are at fault as well along with the thieves.

Add your commentGood follow-up story, Israel. Thanks for letting LIP readers know what happened to poor Pomiano. I send my sympathies to his family.
Sedapal should be held criminally responsible. I have a proposed plan of action that would result in the streets of Lima being repaired in a very short time. See
