The different museums of the National Institute of Culture will open their doors from July 28 to 29 so visitors, without paying any rate, can enjoy the museums during Peru's National Holidays.# Guillaume says :

Nice! They should do it more often so people do not have to pay to soak up more culture. The Smithsonians are free of charge all year long. However, if there are no donations from the public, it is understandable that a modest fee should apply for restoration work. Is it customary for Peruvians who have the means to donate to the museums?
