"el Comercio" today printed as fare as I remember an article that Many Peruvians have great hope with mister Obama- hope is very nice-
no matter who comes- it would be just fine if private talk is not only about business- hopefully some developed country presidents can give some hot adicional tips of how to introduce well working institutions and how to handle public exposure.
