Over the weekend, APRA party congresswoman Nidia Vílchez took the oath as the Peruvian minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation before the president Alan García, while Enrique Cornejo took charge of the Transport and Communications portfolio.
The ceremony took place at the Golden Hall of Government Palace.

I have a feeling that you should make a difference in this important portfolio....I just hope that Allan gives you enough resources to have the desired effect.
Maybe some public housing (high rise apartments/flats) should be close to the top of your agenda.
