After it was known that the municipality of Ollantaytambo in Cusco was charging tourists - foreign and national - for using trains to get to Aguas Calientes, authorities have taken notice and declared the extra fee is unfair and unconstitutional. Marco Marroquín, head of INDECOPI-Cusco, the region's consumer protection agency, affirmed that the fare was unfair and would not be permitted. # *& says :

you know thats what really upsets me . if abroad we was to charge 'extra' to foreign tourists we would be acused of being rascist and all the names under the sun! all this unfair stuff just puts me off. Thankfully it has been sorted out.Add your comment
