The B-52's, the US band who is to arrive soon in Peru to perform their first ever concert in Lima, are highly
interested in enjoying Peruvian food, music and festivals.
"We are very excited about this first visit and we hope that our fans are happy too. The essence of the band is feast and celebration, we will have a great time after so many years of waiting," said Kate Pierson.
She said that The B-52's are eager to repeat in Lima the amazing celebrations they have already had during their shows in Argentina and Brazil.
"Fans gave us a warm welcome in both countries. We had an incredible party and we could see Latino people are great dancers. We felt a lot of energy and good vibe all the time," she said.
B-52's members are already aware that their fans are planning to give them a bottle of pisco with their name on the label, which they consider to be a lovely detail.
