For several years citizens in the Limean community of Caja de Agua have heard rumors that Santa Rosa hill would be blasted and a tunnel would run through their neighborhood. # numbers says :

I am just curious why in Spanish people always mention numbers from high to low. "...between 300,000 and 124,000 soles" or "between 93,000 and 46,000 soles"
Seems to fit the pattern, in Peru the government actually sees the house worth 300,000 and offers them 124,000...

That area is a nauseating pigsty and they should take the money and run. 300,000 soles? They must mean the value of the entire district.
