After opening the restaurants Astrid y Gastón and Cevichería La Mar, now the famous Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio (and his business partners Andres Belfus and Alejandro Hartmann) are planning to open a branch of the contemporary and informal “T’anta” in Santiago de Chile.
The new restaurant will be opened between October and November this year, as reported by the Tercera.com (Chile), and would require an investment of one million dollars.
Hartmann noted that this will be a very hard bet, since T’anta it’s a multi-format restaurant which operates from morning to night and also sells takeaway meals.
The average price would be $ 21 ($ 12,000 Chilean pesos) per person. The businessman added that their goal is to have three restaurants in Santiago in two more years.
