Peru's capital likely to be covered with fog during May

The National Service of Meteorology (SENAMHI) reported that the thick fog that has been covering the Limean sky these mornings, and that prevented planes from departing, will keep on appearing during all the month of May.
The SENAMHI specialist meteorologist Weidy Flores said that the districts nearby the coastline are the most likely to have fog.
“This fog will be present during all May, which is the month of mist and fog in Lima. However, it will dissapear towards noon and we'll still have sunny days” she said.
She explained that the fog will affect not only Lima, but also the regions of Ancash, La Libertad and Lambayeque.
