Clashes in Peru get worse: 38 police officers are being taken hostages

A total of 38 police officers are hostages at PetroPeru Station N°6, where hundreds of amazonian protesters are threatening to kill them and “blow up all the  whole place” if the government does not derogate inmediately the decrees 1090 and some others from the Forestal Law they reject

"If our demands are not met, these people will be executed. We cannot go against the whole population," said a man via Radio Capital, identifying himself as Carlos Huaman.

One of the hostages is an official of the oil company, identified as Fernando Lizar Jorge.

"The hostages are being custodied by 400 ex members of the Army who fought in El Cenepa war” explained Huaman.

The villager said that about 2,000 people are “ready to blow up the station.”
However, Walter Kategari, native leader of the Interethnic Association for Development of the Peruvian Jungle (AIDESEP), said he was completely unaware of these facts.

It is this "3rd world nation" and its ever fading natural bounty that is keeping oxygen in the air for you too breath.  And I realize its easy for you to be taken back by the violence but what would you do if some greedy corporation were to put up an oil rig and cut down trees in your backyard without asking?  Your right, probably nothing

1st World Countries also have very very nasty riots where Police are even Killed. This is not just a Problem in Peru. And yes I feel very sad for the Officers taken Hostage.  Peru and South America is slowly changing thanks to Socialism, All over South America.
South America is slowly dealing with its poverty problems via Mission Milagros and EL ALBA.

If the poor from Peru express there opinion we are censored.
This must be because usa wants to hide its shamful behaviour in Peru & South America by making themselves look like Angels yet exploiting the Poor via thier NAFTA & FTA us Corporate Greed. And lets not forget the bloody history of us Genocide  Imperialism in South America against the Poor People. Its no wonder Poor People in Peru RIOT.
Lets not forget The CIA Drug Dealing connection with South America & Other 3rd World countries HAHAHA . Yes usa is The Worlds Biggest Drug Dealer this is a fact.
And if a country dares to oppose the usa that poor country gets bombed, All those Poor Men Women & Children get killed,  Just because usa wants to dominate the world via us Corporate Greed.
And usa has the audacity to call itself a 1st World Country when they behave like Sub Human Barbarians.
