Now if only the idiots at Telefonica Peru can figure out how to work the equipment.

I swear, there is a special corner in hell for Telefonica employees

Telefonica being recognized for some sort of certification!  What a joke.  Makes me think a lot less of the certification system.  If they receive certification for anything it should be for screwing customers. One of the worse businesses in all of Peru.  The worse part is they practically have a monopoly and we have to use them.  UGH!

Whatajoke, I totally agree. I always get a knot in my stomach whenever I have to deal with them, especially in person. Standing in line waiting and waiting, taking a number and waiting, and waiting and waiting. The customers there are usually not in a good mood and I don't blame them. The customer service makes you feel like they could care less about you. In most cases they never deliver on their word or statements. Then when you're at home, you never know when they will show up to install or repair and many times they never show up at all within the time frame stated. On top of their crappy service, they're corrupt and they enjoy exploiting their customers. I used to get billed for calls I never made and my bills also stated a lot more minutes used than I had actually used. Too damn frustrating. I got rid of them and changed over to Telmex, man what a difference.
