Peru's Former President Alejandro Toledo said that the Peruvian politics “is in need of new leaderships,” and that his political party, Peru Posible, would be a “middle-left” candidacy
He said that he's
not worried about a possible candidacy for the Presidency, remarking that “this is a decision still too far ahead.”
“I am very commited to reinforce Peru Posible for the candidacies of 2011; we have young people who are preparing in several countries, because we need new leaderships. I am not thinking of being a candidate myself,” he told in an interview to RadioProgramas del Peru.
In addition, he said is is dedicated to the Global Center for Develpment and Democracy, which analyzes issues such as education and poverty.
