Famous British soprano Sarah Brightman delighted her Limenian audience with some of her most widely known hits like "Time to Say Goodbye" and "Anytime anywhere," and of course her masterful rendition of "Nessun Dorma."

Her performance made very clear why she is the best-selling soprano of all time records.

Brightman greeted the 7,000 spectators that gathered at Peru's Jockey Club to see her, wearing a lovely red chiffon dress, and started with "Fleurs du mal" from her album "Symphony.”

She addressed her audience in Spanish, expressing her happiness of being in Lima, and the concert continued with beautiful pieces such as "It's a beautiful day" from the opera Madame Butterfly; "Dust in the wind" (by Kansas), "Who wants to live forever" (by the legendary group Queen), "Hijo de la Luna" (by Mecano), "Canto Della Terra" and "Sarai Qui," accompanied by the tenor Alessandro Safina.

The British diva said farewell to Lima with “Time to say goodbye,” "Deliver Me" and "A Question of Honor."
