President Alan García arrived in Lima early this morning, after participating in the 17th Meeting of APEC Leaders in Singapore, and amidst tensions with Chile due to the espionage case of the Peruvian Air Force NCO, Victor Ariza Mendoza, who was uncovered as a spy selling Peruvian Military plans to Chile.

Garcia arrived along with Peru's Foreign Relations Ministry, Jose Antonio Garcia Belaunde.

Garcia Perez headed immediately to the Government Palace and his agenda for today has not been disclosed yet, according to local press.

Peru's President has not made comments yet about Chilean press versions, that reportedly states that President Michelle Bachelet reproached Garcia for airing the espionage case while they were attending a multilateral forum.

Mr Garcia is only following the directrices of his masters.
who are them? ..he knows.
Let pose this hypothetical situations: there is a war conflict betewen PERU AND CHILE  under the current NEOLIBERAL  agenda which includde desnationalization, privatization, voluntary army, AMAZONIAN PERUVIAN JUNGLE  "for sale";internationals MINING COMPANIES leaving behind man made ecological dissters....but lets retake the issue under this NEOLIBERAL AGENDA after the war, the national reconstructions will be put on international BIDS  and CHILE probably will be one of the interested party in bidding for the Peruvian post war and may win the BID reconstruccions..under this general economic policies that guide this servile goverment Anything and everthing is possible...
Mr GARCIA is servile to his MASTERS, all tis fanfere of "repulsive actions by the gov. of Chile" is for international possing !NO ONE BELEIVES HIM IN PERU!

The real issue is the 65% of peruvian that live in poverty
The mining companies that dont pay royalties.
The 4 willions of PERUVIANS  that have to leave their home land and have to emigrate elsewhere (PERUVIAN DIASPORA) because the could not find a way of living.
The rampage destrucctions of the AMAZONIAN JUNGLE  by this savage foreing companies that have no respect for no one but for the pockects of theirs shareholders.
The unfair polcies of the IMF that prevent a real national development.
the impose trade agreement like the so call "free trade agreement" which is not free is not an even trade and is not and agreement.
Remember this quote by FDR ,"when the power of the private sector is bigger that the state it is on essence FACCISM"... how many companies are that have more power thana the peruvian state?..
At the ende like the the old dinosaurs they will fade away since they create their owns demise. is not that is right now happening to USA?
