Add your commentAs I have pointed out before Mr. Montecinos can be considered to be no worse (if no better) than his secret police predecessors I have discussed in my book Shining Path, The Peruvian Revolution .2003, Jason W Smith, Foundation Press, Los Angeles.(http://www.idahosmith.com to order copies)
