Is the programme only for Peruvians to adopt these children, or can christain people from other countries such as the UK offer themselves as foster parents??
Your comments would be welcome.
Thank you

You have to be a Peruvian between the ages of 25 - 60, married and not be an applicant to adopt a child. All of your family members have to agree and you can't have any children which are being breast fed. The Buckner Foundation is taking part in this project too.Add your comment
