Why do I see Peruvian Govt. TV comercials telling the locals to be fair to torists and then, inturn doing exactly what they preach not to do.  For Example;;;;;;  A soda is  2 soles to a peruvian, but 4 to a tourist. the govt said not to do this...  IN CUSCO, THE TRAIN IS 16 SOLES OR ABOUT 5 DOLLARS TO THE PERUVIANS AND $60 DOLLARS TO THE TOURISTS....  TOURISTS ARE PROHIBITED ON USING THE LOCAL TRAIN, WE CAN ONLY USE THE "TOURIST" TRAIN.  WELL F**k, I DONT WANT TO SEE ALL THE TOURISTY STUFF ALWAYS,  SOMETIMES I WANNA DIG INTO THE REAL "sh*t" AND SEE WHAT PERU HAS OFF THE TOURIST MAP.
