Antonio Brack announced this weekend that 75 percent of the country's raw sewage and contaminated liquids are dumped into the ocean or rivers. He requested that municipalities immediately begin addressing this urgent matter.# CapitanDan says :

Minister Brack has surprised me with his genuine enthusiasm. I hope he doesn't ,"Ruffle to many feathers" and he is not stymied by the powers in charge. I would like Peru to think ahead to not just treating this resource and dumping it in the ocean, but by recycling and using this resource to help fertilize the many barren hectares of land in Peru or by powering electric plants. It's better to think outside the box when planning and not try to change things after they have been built. Also we could reap the benefits of recycling by lowering the overall cost. There is no better time to do something then the present. Chau.

Major water shortages are being predicted for Perus future. Constructing methods to reclaim the water now makes plenty of sense. Good Luck Antonio. I mean that sincerely...Add your comment
