After Peru's government announced it had reduced fuel subsidies on Tuesday, prices at gas stations around the country almost immediately began to rise.# Simon Walter says :

What ticks me off about this is that most of these ******* gas station owners don't even wait for the next delivery of fuel to put up their prices. If that isn't unethical trading then I don't know what is. Someone wrote about Peruvians being hardworking - that's certainly true. But there's also another brand of Peruvian who is far too willing to bend (and break) the rules to make a quick, dishonest buck at the expense of others, and I'm afraid that they are usually the ones running the country.Add your comment
