Maybe they are teaching Peru how to better hide the corruption, that sounds more like it.

David, You are right , but the biggest joke is the U.N Advising about recovery of assets and organized crime. Do I remember the fraud in the Oil from Iraq. All those payoffs to warlords in Africa so some food would reach the starving refugees. Rape of children . I could go on and on. We are better with the untrained thieves in the Police force here. At least they really don't hurt anyone and their cheap. Sad ,but true . Chau Friends.

All you gentlemen are correct, if you want to learn about corruption, turn to the U.S. They are the most sophisticated and experienced in the corruption business. Any developing country, not just Peru, can learn a lot from the U.S., employ their successes and steer clear of their failures. $700 billion+ bailout of the financial greed mongers is definately not at the top of the "things to do today" list. Unbelieveable.

Was the head of Petro Peru at this conference?

Yes I was at the conference, thank you. But I didn't attend any workshops, I bribed the US lecturers with Big Macs and they didn't mark me as absent. In fact, for a Double Whopper with Cheese I actually won one of the workshop competitions without even taking part.Add your comment
