Malls Peru to open a new shopping mall in Surquillo next year

Malls Peru, belonging to Saga Falabella Group, has started the construcion of its sixth shopping mall, Open Plaza Surquillo, in an area larger than 120,000 square meters.

"This will require an investement of US $100 million dollars," explained its general manager José Antonio Contreras.

The businessman said that Open Plaza is to be the most Falabella's important investment in Peru, and will have three anchor stores; Saga Falabella, Tottus and Sodimac.

It will also have a movie theater complex, a food court, more than 80 minor stores.

“The mall will generate 8,000 jobs directly, and then another 4,000 indirect jobs,” said Contreras.

The company expects to reach US $180 million dolares in sales during its first year, attracting 1.2 million of monthly visitors.

This is the best part of capitalism,you got money you using to investing and then $$$ money back,but don't forget now they're peruvians business opening theirs business in Chile too.
Wondering why people are to mind close and too self fish,we as human have the right to move around,this is why I  want to telling you if you want to be a great business men you need to save you money and act before some do that for you.Perú the land of the opportunities.
