Originally from Lima, Karina Callirgos spent her whole adult life in the States, spending 12 years in the banking industry in Los Angeles, CA and Missoula, MT. Karina is also a licensed real estate agent in both California and Montana. In April of 2011 Karina decided to make the move back to her hometown, and started a real estate company that now employs more than 40 agents all over Lima. She works as the Operations Manager of their Miraflores office. In her spare time Karina enjoys walking with her husband and their 2-yr old son, Ethan. | |

Originally from Washington State, Travis Coleman has spent the last 25 years in the real estate market in various states from California to New York. Working in the capacity of National Sales Manager, he has developed mid-tier mortgage banks from start-up through going public, doing an excess of a billion dollars of business a year. He currently heads up a private investment fund that focuses on real estate acquisition. He has brought his enthusiasm for the real estate industry to Peru and made it his permanent home. He loves the food, culture and thriving economy, as well as spending weekends with his family, exploring the nearby areas. | |

Hailing from the beautiful Bluegrass State of Kentucky, Jo Self has made Peru her permanent home as of early 2011. Having lived in Italy, Uruguay, Ecuador and several states in the US, Peru is the place that feels most like home for her – great food, great people and so much to explore! In the US, Jo worked as an Employee Programs Manager for Yum! Brands, the world's largest restaurant company, which includes Kentucky Friday Chicken, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. Currently, she uses her accumulated experience as a business owner and her time with Yum! as a marketing consultant specializing in copywriting, translation, social media, graphic and web design, as well as personal and professional coaching. |
