Eating vegan in Cusco is not only easy, it’s delicious!  If you don’t eat meat products, there are plenty of options for you in the Inca capital.

Some travelers who have made a lifestyle choice to avoid meat may be worried about whether they will be able to enjoy Peru’s famous cuisine.  Good news!  It’s not hard to find vegan options in the Inca capital of Cusco.

By replacing chicken with mushrooms, pisco sour adaptations, and filling up on natural and wholesome Peruvian vegetables, there really is something for everyone here.
