Wagner also stated that he believes that this should merit an important reflection because what we want is to place a series of rules that ensure the integrity of political parties in their electoral campaigns, preventing the entry of illicit money.
It is important to mention that president PPK was also thought to be involved in the controversy with Odebrecht and he had to clarify that he had no kind of relation to the business.
In this regard, he hopes that the Congressional Constitution Commission will reflect on this issue for the next two stages of the debate on electoral reform in Peru. Wagner stated that they will sanction anyone who demonstrates any action related to illegal money transfers.
Wagners also mentioned that fines are never paid because the electoral process has ended and the parties that remained in the Congress are unaware of them and those who lose, forget about them.
